We do not manufacture the heaviest Excavator bucket or the largest Excavator bucket in the world. Our core market is Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Slovenia. We are already one of the leading manufacturers in these regions with Excavator buckets up to 10 tonnes and even more. The heaviest and largest Excavator bucket manufactured by us to date weighed 9,625 kg.
We stock a very wide range of wear parts such as heelshrouds, sideshrouds, floor doublers, longitudinal ribs, transverse ribs, intermediate tooth segments and more.
We have been manufacturing buckets for excavators, which are mainly used in the Alpine region, since 1968. Over these decades, we have built up an enormous amount of knowledge about the geological characteristics of the Alpine region and perfectly aligned our equipment with them. Thanks to our in-house development and design department, we are able to respond specifically to customer requirements and adapt the bucket to their conditions.
Of course, you can realise the full potential of your Construction machinery with WI buckets and the appropriate WI quick coupler. However, Winkelbauer Excavator buckets also fit all common quick coupler systems such as Martin, Lehnhoff, Geel and OQ (OilQuick). You can also get our buckets bolted on.
Optionally with and without teeth. Standard tooth systems Combi wear parts C-REX and CAT J system. All other common tooth systems also available as an option.
We are happy to service and regenerate our buckets on site at our location in Anger bei Weiz. We can also repair third-party products on request. Our capacities range up to 10 tonnes.

It’s simple: we manufacture our buckets from robust and highly wear-resistant Hardox® steel. We source this from the world market leader SSAB in Sweden. Hardox®450, Hardox®500 and Hardox®500 Tuf ensure a longer service life for your attachments, even under the toughest conditions. This means that the service life and productivity of your buckets is increased. Fewer repairs and downtimes for your equipment, wear parts can be replaced separately and investments can be made at longer intervals. This saves money, time and resources!
