Pinkquick
pinkquick® is a fully hydraulic quick-coupler system for construction machinery — developed by Winkelbauer as a next-generation system with fully integrated electrics, which forms the basis for MIC 4.0. The fully hydraulic system can be combined with all common attachments and quick-couple systems on the market and offers a robust and low-maintenance solution for construction machinery in the 3.5 to 18 tonne range.

The new fully hydraulic quick coupler pinkquick® is almost maintenance-free thanks to its technical refinements, and there are no lubrication points. Our team will also be happy to answer any service questions you may have on site.

What issues does pinkquick® solve in the industry?
Traditional quick-change systems often reach their limits in terms of maintenance requirements, robustness and combinability – especially on harsh construction sites. pinkquick® addresses precisely these weaknesses. pinkquick® reduces the need for conversions when changing attachments, as it is suitable for all common attachments and thus ensures greater efficiency on construction sites.
The integrated “front-pin-lock” provides additional fall protection. pinkquick is therefore future-proof for all safety standards and complies with EN 474-5.
pinkquick® is a fully hydraulic quick-change system with a new patented clutch system that combines hydraulics and electrics and is therefore also MIC4.0-capable. This clearly distinguishes it from the standard fully hydraulic systems on the market in this class. The patented system is robust and low-maintenance, as no additional lubrication points are required. It also has only a low mechanical load during the clutch process.
Thanks to the high-flow couplings (5 hydraulic circuits, up to 330 bar Pressure, and flow rates up to 200 l/min), pinkquick® is equipped for demanding hydraulic Attachments – ensuring smooth operation and maximum performance.
The patented design dispenses with complicated wear parts and covers, minimising the mechanical load. Apart from the clutches, there are no other wearing parts. By dispensing with lubrication points, pinkquick® is virtually maintenance-free.
The low-maintenance and wear-reduced design of pinkquick® reduces downtime and maintenance costs in the long term. As it can be combined with all common Attachments and machines, existing tools can continue to be used.
