Versions and options
Suitable for all standard quick coupler systems, alternatively fixed bolted, but always perfectly matched to the original kinematics.
High dump buckets are mainly used for lighter bulk materials. However, our HD series can also be used to load heavy bulk materials up to 2 tonnes/m³. These machines are used both for reloading gravel and crushed mineral raw materials and for handling heavy residual waste or scrap.
High dump buckets with central cylinders can be used for lighter and predominantly dry bulk materials.
This design is mainly used for grain, wood chips, fertilizers, coal, expanded clay and similar dry and easy-to-load bulk materials. This version is characterised by its low dead weight and large volume.
Side cylinders are used for heavier or difficult to load and sometimes wet or sticky bulk materials. Due to its design, this bucket offers less penetration resistance than the Versions with centre cylinders, but has a higher dead weight. Typical materials are bulky residual waste, compost or biogenic residues, sewage sludge, paper but also scrap.
For high dump buckets with side cylinders. For applications with bulky material such as handling bulky waste, biogenic material or scrap, the hydraulically operated hold-down device holds the material securely in position during the loading cycle.
