From the design to the perfectly painted part, we offer all production steps in our company. We have around 11,000 m² of covered production and storage space on an area of over 4 hectares. Modern machinery and crane capacities of up to 10 tonnes give us the flexibility to handle both individual parts and large-scale projects quickly and easily. For our construction machinery equipment and Wear Parts & Service business areas, we develop, produce and distribute our own products of the highest quality.

The promise of sustainable solutions is more than just a slogan. In our production facilities, we manufacture high-quality components from high-strength and highly wear-resistant steel, made for the toughest applications and focussed on the three “big points”: reliability, durability and wear resistance. Our customers appreciate this. We process around 6,000 tonnes of steel every year and have developed into the leading Hardox processor in the DACH region over the last 30 years.
In addition to our construction machinery equipment and Wear Parts & Service business areas, we manufacture components and equipment for customers in the following industries:

We have perfected how to weld highly wear-resistant and tough steels over the last few decades. Up to 6,000 tonnes of steel are processed annually in Winkelbauer’s production facility in Anger near Weiz, including up to 4,000 tonnes of Hardox steel. However, it is not the mass, but rather the extreme hardness and toughness of the material that makes us one of the leaders in this field in central europe. Sheet metal thicknesses of up to 150 mm and with a hardness of up to 600 brinell are folded, milled, machined and welded back together. This discipline combines four factors: Material. Machines.
