Light and Tuf
Our buckets from the Light & Tuf series are predominantly made of Hardox 500 Tuf, which means that wall thicknesses can be reduced without compromising the service life. Due to the lower weight of the buckets, it is possible to increase the useful capacity, which ensures more power and fewer loading cycles.
Design features and material
- Blade cutting HB 500 or Borox 500
- All parts exposed to wear at least Hardox 450
- Wear strips HB 500 or Hardox 500
- Suspension components and stiffening profiles, upper parts and boxes made of fine-grained structural steels
- Side cutting edge: straight, curved inwards or curved outwards (performance side section)
