Apprenticeship
Painting technology
Does your heart beat for colour? Ours beats for perfectly painted equipment and components. So let’s show our colours together. We will train you in painting technology and make more than just your apprenticeship a little more colourful.
Painting technicians varnish, paint, colour and polish metal surfaces in our company. When producing paintwork, they first clean and polish the surfaces and ensure that they are clean, dry and dust-free. They then apply a primer, i.e. an initial covering base coat. Only then is the actual paint colour applied in several further coats. When refinishing, they first remove dirt, old layers of paint and rust from the surfaces to be treated. They then fill, level and prime the surfaces, apply corrosion protection and sand them down to a fine finish. After this preparatory work, the paint technicians apply the paints and varnishes in several coats. Finally, they clean and polish the surfaces again. Finally, they carry out quality checks, check whether the paint layers are flawless and continuous, rectify any defects and polish the surfaces. In all their work, paint technicians pay particular attention to environmentally friendly and energy-efficient working methods and use of materials and ensure that safety and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
